Groomfield Recruitment are seeking a hardworking and disciplined Aluminium Window Fabricator to join our well-established client in Tamworth B78. If you\’re an experienced fabricator with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle physical tasks, this could be the role for you. You’ll be fabricating aluminium windows for various projects, from trade clients to high-rise building developments. Location: Tamworth B78 Hourly Rate: £12.21 to £14.25 per hour (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 16:30 / Friday: 07:00 to 13:30 Key Responsibilities: * Fabricating aluminium windows to precise specifications. * Loading frames onto A-frames (manual and two-person lifts). * Lifting components weighing 20–30kg (50–60% of the shift involves lifting). * Following detailed fabrication and assembly instructions. * Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
