Transport Administrator Salary: Up to £27,000 (dependent on experience) Location: Coalville, Leicestershire Hours: Full time, 42.5 hours per week (typically 07:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday) About the Role We are recruiting a Transport Administrator on behalf of our client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced team, providing vital support to the delivery of transport services. The role is varied and requires a strong mix of organisational, administrative, and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities * Administering applications, payments, and distribution. * Monitoring daily transport operations (AM & PM) and communicating updates to customers via text, email, and app messaging. * Responding to transport enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Maintaining accurate databases, producing reports, and managing late/missed payments. * Liaising with drivers, customers, and local councils to ensure smooth service delivery. * Assisting with the development of school transport services, timetables, and promotional activities.
