Groomfield Recruitment are excited to be recruiting Counterbalance Driver for a thriving, modern warehouse based in Tamworth B78. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and growing team, working in a clean, well-organised environment.
Working Hours: 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (Dependent on experience)

What you’ll be doing as a Counterbalance Driver:
- Order picking and packing
- Manual container unloading (Goods In)
- General warehouse duties (Goods Out)
- Supporting smooth day-to-day warehouse operations
- Driving the Counterbalance to offload goods (You won’t be operating the counterbalance on a full-time basis; the role will also include a variety of general labourers’ duties)
What we’re looking for in a Counterbalance Driver:
- External counterbalance licence (Must be able to provide a copy)
- Previous counterbalance experience – Essential
- Previous warehouse experience – Essential
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, manual work
- Reliable team player with a can-do attitude
- Positive and proactive approach to work
