Job Title: Quality Administrator Location: West Bromwich Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour break, flexible) Salary: Dependant on Experience We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in quality administration or document control who is looking to further their career in a supportive, professional environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation including policies, procedures, and records. * Create, revise, and control quality documents to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. * Coordinate preparations for internal and external audits. * Track audit outcomes and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution. * Provide support to the QA Manager during audits and compliance activities. * Assist in implementing new procedures and standards in line with legislation and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience & Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (quality administration or document control). * Working knowledge of ISO 9001 (essential). * Familiarity with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 22000 (desirable). * ISO 9001:2015 Auditor qualification (preferred but not essential). Skills & Attributes * Highly organised with excellent time management. * Strong communication and active listening skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
