Groomfield Recruitment are looking for Warehouse Pickers and Packers for their client based in Aston, Birmingham [B6]. Rate of Pay: £12.21 Per Hour Hours of Work (Choice of): Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday 12:00-20:00 Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00 Sunday to Thursday 17:00-01:00 Must be avaliable for a variety of shifts. Job Duties: * Accurately picking products according to orders received. * Working closely to achieve KPI\'s set. * Utilise paper document systems and also the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track stock and shipments. * Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely dispatch of goods. * Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items meet company standards before packing. * Maintain an organised stock area, ensuring that all items are stored correctly. * Perform heavy lifting as necessary, adhering to safety guidelines at all times. Experience Needed: * Proven experience in picking and packing within a warehouse setting. * Strong understanding of materials handling techniques. * Capability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
