As the Online Commercial Executive, you’ll be working closely with the E-commerce Key Account Manager. You’ll help maximise revenue, reduce margin leakage, improve customer responsiveness, and ensure a seamless online customer experience. This is a high-energy, hands-on role where performance is measured through sales activity, margin improvement, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and act on opportunities to increase GP%, reduce margin leakage, and optimise pricing and order quantities.
- Manage and support outgoing e-commerce orders, ensuring fast turnaround and an excellent customer experience.
- Support the E-commerce Key Account Manager with enquiries, quoting and customer communication, enabling focus on higher-value accounts.
- Analyse e-commerce sales and order data to uncover growth, profitability and cross-sell opportunities.
- Support the optimisation of the end-to-end e-commerce customer journey, from enquiry through to post-purchase.
- Maintain and support e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing accuracy and inventory visibility.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, purchasing and customer service teams to improve e-commerce performance and customer retention.
- Provide day-to-day support to the E-commerce Key Account Manager across account activity and customer management.
