Overview
Electrical Assembly
Location: Tamworth B79
Working Hours: 07:45 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday / 07:00 to 12:00 Friday (40 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £14.93 (after 6 months: £16.48)
Temporary to Permanent or Permanent Position (dependent on client\’s needs).
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from technical drawings with great attention to detail.
- Assemble and wire control panels, including the installation and mounting of electrical components.
- Select the correct parts and materials for each assembly.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous electrical assembly experience (preferred but not essential).
- Comfortable using hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, crimping tools, etc.).
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work individually or as part of a team.
- Ability to meet KPIs and work to set targets.
