The Role:
The Counterbalance Forklift Driver will be responsible for a variety of tasks in the factory as well as on the yard. Duties include:
- Goods in
- Goods Out
- Loading
- Unloading
- Use of an FLT Counterbalance Truck to move stock around
- Moving stock carefully to avoid any damaged products
- Loading and unloading products into machinery
- Ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Managing traffic in and out of the yard
- Keeping the yard clean and tidy
The Candidate:
The Counterbalance Forklift Driver role requires the following:
- Holds an external IN DATE FLT Counterbalance Licence
- Goods in and goods out experience
- Loading and unloading experience
- Attention to detail is key (Stock to be moved carefully to avoid damages)
The Package:
The Counterbalance Forklift Driver position offers an hourly wage of 13.00 to 14.42, with opportunities for overtime. This role provides a temporary to permanent pathway, allowing for long-term growth within the company. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:30.
