Working Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and inspirational leader to drive commercial growth, lead a high-performing team, and shape the future direction of the business. The mission of this role is to manage and develop the sales team to ensure each sales territory delivers year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability, in line with targets set by the Board.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing leadership, management, and accountability for a team of 18 employees
- Driving daily sales activity and ensuring the achievement of revenue and profit targets
- Motivating and inspiring the sales team through positive leadership and short-term incentives
- Monitoring individual and team productivity to maximise performance
- Leading recruitment, training, and development initiatives to strengthen team capability
- Conducting regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring to support professional growth
- Fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment aligned with company values
- Providing weekly reports on performance, action items, and strategic initiatives to senior management
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Building a high-performance, results-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Board on performance, market opportunities, and risks
About You
- Proven experience leading and developing large sales teams, delivering sustained revenue and profit growth
- A strong leadership style with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- End-to-end sales management expertise and a history of commercial success
- The ability to translate company objectives into actionable sales and marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making
- Empathy and relationship-building capabilities, alongside the confidence to hold others accountable
- A results-driven, innovative, and forward-thinking mindset
