Groomfield Recruitment are looking for 5 Customer Services Support Agents for their client based in Telford TF3.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 0845 - 1645

Rate Of Pay: £12.21 Per Hour

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Use of Outlook.
  • Use of Live Chat / Messaging services.
  • Utilise CRM database to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
  • Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
