Role Description
The Sales Assistant role at GROOM FORMAL is a full-time, on-site position based in the Chester store. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them in selecting wedding and formal suits and accessories. The Sales Assistant will handle fittings, maintain tidy and organized displays, manage stock on the shop floor, and process sales transactions accurately. The role also involves answering customer inquiries in person and by phone, supporting store promotions, and collaborating with the team to deliver a smooth and professional customer experience.
