With 2.5 million app users and 1.5 million Instagram followers, we are already in the game. But honestly? We are just getting started. We are on a mission to hit 10 million followers and cement Gronda as the defining voice in culinary culture.
To get there, we need someone who doesn’t just understand social media but who lives it.
Your role as our Social Media Specialist:
- Own the strategy - develop and drive a social media strategy that grows our brand and deepens engagement across all platforms
- Create content that hits - shoot, edit, and curate videos and visuals that feel native to each platform (Reels, TikTok, Stories... you name it)
- Be in the comments - actively engage with our community, respond to feedback, and keep the conversation going
- Know your numbers - track KPIs, report on performance, and use data to constantly sharpen your approach
- Stay ahead of the curve - you’re always the first to know about a new trend, format, or algorithm change
- Collaborate closely with our content and product teams to keep everything aligned
What you bring:
- Some real-world experience in social media (your own channels, agency for chefs or chefs directly - we care about what you’ve built, not just where you worked)
- A real passion for the culinary world - our audience is chefs and food lovers, and you need to get what makes them tick
- Solid skills in video production and editing for social
