To get there, we need someone who doesn’t just understand social media but who lives it.

Your role as our Social Media Specialist:

  • Own the strategy - develop and drive a social media strategy that grows our brand and deepens engagement across all platforms
  • Create content that hits - shoot, edit, and curate videos and visuals that feel native to each platform (Reels, TikTok, Stories... you name it)
  • Be in the comments - actively engage with our community, respond to feedback, and keep the conversation going
  • Know your numbers - track KPIs, report on performance, and use data to constantly sharpen your approach
  • Stay ahead of the curve - you’re always the first to know about a new trend, format, or algorithm change
  • Collaborate closely with our content and product teams to keep everything aligned

What you bring:

  • Some real-world experience in social media (your own channels, agency for chefs or chefs directly - we care about what you’ve built, not just where you worked)
  • A real passion for the culinary world - our audience is chefs and food lovers, and you need to get what makes them tick
  • Solid skills in video production and editing for social
  • A genuine feel for audiences - you know how to research, understand, and speak to different communities
  • Fluency in social media KPIs and what they actually mean for growth
