LIXIL, home to the GROHE brand, is looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive the B2B, Trade, and Projects sales strategy across the UK. This is a high‑visibility leadership role within a global organisation, combining strategic direction with hands‑on commercial delivery.
The Role
- You will lead a team of around 15 people, including three line managers and a Key Account Manager, shaping a sales strategy that strengthens our market position and accelerates growth.
- Working closely with the UK Country Leader and wider leadership team, you will influence key decisions, elevate performance, and build strong customer partnerships across national and strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the B2B sales organisation, ensuring strong performance across all channels.
- Set and execute long‑term sales strategy aligned with UK and global objectives.
- Agree on revenue and margin targets and oversee monthly performance reporting.
- Support Channel Leaders and Key Account Managers on regional strategy and major customers.
- Strengthen sales capability, processes, and CRM‑driven customer intelligence.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and product launches.
- Represent GROHE UK externally and contribute to broader UK leadership initiatives.
What You Bring
- Extensive sales leadership experience across multiple routes to market.
- Background in construction or built‑environment products (e.g., KBB, lighting, ironmongery, flooring, heating).
