Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving high-value specifications in the construction industry? LIXIL EMENA is looking for a dynamic and driven Specification Manager to join our Projects UK team and represent our globally respected brand, GROHE.

About the Role

As Specification Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our projects business – owning and managing relationships across the hospitality, residential, and architectural & design (A&D) communities. Your goal? To gain and protect specifications for GROHE products, ensuring they convert to orders and are guided from concept to completion. You will also work hand-in-hand with our commercial merchant partners, identifying new business opportunities, co-managing project pipelines, and securing long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain specifications through architects, designers, developers, and contractors, and see them through to order.
  • Proactively identify large multi-stakeholder projects and navigate the decision-making chain.
  • Engage with contractors, consultants, installers, and merchants to promote GROHE and grow specifications.
  • Jointly manage projects with direct commercial merchant accounts to increase turnover.
  • Oversee project delivery and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
  • Ensure CRM (Salesforce) is accurately maintained, managing project pipeline data.
  • Generate and convert volume leads through tools like ABI.
  • Deliver CPDs and represent GROHE at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Submit monthly reports as agreed and on time.
  • Collaborate across teams to support wider business objectives where needed.

About You

  • Proven experience in project-based roles within the KBB or built environment sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the residential new build and hospitality construction market.
  • Demonstrated expertise in specification sales.
  • Confidence presenting CPDs to A&D stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of bathroom fixtures and technical products.
  • Experienced in managing accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Educated to A-Level, Diploma or Degree level preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
