What youll do
NHS Health Checks; blood pressure monitoring (including 24-hour ABPM); urine testing
Assist with chronic disease management
Administer vaccinations – as per competence and protocols
Main duties of the job
About you
Experience as an HCA in primary care is ideal
Confident communicating with patients in person and by phone
Highly organised, great team player, and calm under pressure
