What You’ll Be Doing…
- Taking the lead on Retrofit housing programmes across the UK…. managing the full lifecycle from inception to handover.
- Shaping the plan: Creating and owning project programmes that keep everything (and everyone) on track across multiple workstreams.
- Being the connector: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors … guiding relationships and outcomes with confidence.
- Owning the details: Managing contracts, procurement, and stakeholder engagement …with experience in the financial side of project delivery highly valued.
- Driving delivery: Overseeing work on-site and off, ensuring the quality and integrity of every project phase.
- Unlocking opportunity: Supporting funding applications and ensuring all work aligns with the latest regulations and standards.
What We’re Looking For…
- We’re looking for someone with a background in architecture with proven project management skills who brings…
- At least 3 to 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven ability to produce and manage project programmes, ideally across the full project lifecycle.
- A proven track record working with contracts and procurement routes.
- Hands-on experience delivering high quality retrofit projects in the UK, ideally in the housing sector.
- Excellent communication and natural leadership skills, with the ability to bring people together and deliver with confidence.
