You’ll be integral to the studio’s pursuit of exciting new projects, playing a proactive and strategic role in identifying and securing opportunities. Your insights and expertise in managing the complete bid lifecycle, from initial assessments through competitions, RFPs, and direct client engagements, will help shape the future direction of the practice.

  • Conduct first-pass assessments of new project opportunities and advise senior leadership on strategic viability.
  • Lead and coordinate the entire bid management process across competitions, RFPs, and EOIs.
  • Leverage data analytics, AI, and market research to identify and qualify new leads, and develop informed, strategic bid approaches.

Proven architectural Bid management experience (minimum 4-5 years). Commercial awareness combined with strategic thinking. Skilled in data-driven market analysis, proficient in using analytics tools, AI, and public data resources. Exceptional communicator with a talent for crafting persuasive narratives and presentations.
