Are you an experienced Yard Shunter or Class 1 HGV Driver looking for a consistent Monday to Friday shift, excellent earning potential and the opportunity to join an established transport and distribution business?
Working within a busy transport operation, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trailers and vehicles around the yard, ensuring the smooth running of daily distribution activities.

The Role:
- Safely manoeuvre and position HGV trailers and vehicles around the yard.
- Support daily transport, loading and distribution operations.
- Ensure trailers are positioned correctly to meet operational requirements.
- Work closely with the transport and warehouse teams.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and operational efficiency.
- Monday to Friday, 12:30pm – 9:00pm.
You will need:
- A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence or recognised Yard Shunter certification.
- Previous experience in HGV driving, trailer shunting or yard operations.
- Confidence manoeuvring large vehicles and trailers in a busy environment.
- A safety-conscious approach and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards your work.
What you will receive:
- £16.27 per hour basic rate.
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 45 hours.
- Eligible for 2 tax-free bonus payments annually
- Consistent Monday to Friday working hours.
