Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to join a busy operations team. This hands‑on leadership role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, supporting cross‑dock operations, and ensuring performance and quality targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Support the receipt, storage, picking, packing, wrapping, quality checking, and dispatch of goods
- Lead and manage daily cross‑dock operations
- Ensure all warehouse processes and paperwork are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness and organisation
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Supervise, motivate, and support a team to meet shift targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience (essential)
- Experience in cross‑dock operations
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and IT skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
