Are you an experienced Transport Planner ready to take on a senior role in a high-performing team? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing logistics operation supporting UK and Ireland cross‑channel transport activity, with regular working hours and clear progression opportunities.

In this role, you'll support the transport team in coordinating deliveries and collections across the UK & Ireland, on a Monday to Friday basis. As the team continues to evolve with new customer acquisitions, this role requires someone adaptable, knowledgeable, and confident in their planning expertise.

The Role
  • Lead daily transport planning across GB or Ireland, ensuring optimal routing and load allocation
  • Maintain compliance with WTD, driver hours, and transport legislation
  • Act as a key contact for escalations from drivers, customers, and operational colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the wider planning team to improve processes and customer service
What You’ll Need
  • Strong background in UK or Irish Transport Planning with demonstrable senior‑level responsibilities
  • Excellent understanding of EU Tachograph Regulations, WTD, and compliance best practice
  • Confident in decision‑making, problem‑solving, and working in a high‑pressure environment
  • Outstanding communication and team leadership skills
