The business is looking for a team player who can support across customs, compliance and transport operations within a busy European transport environment.
You’ll work as part of a small operational team supporting day‑to‑day customs, compliance and transport operations. This is very much an all‑rounder position where no two days are the same.
The Role
- Supporting import/export customs processes
- Assisting with TSS, GMRs and transit documentation
- Supporting driver hours and fleet compliance administration
- Assisting transport planning and European load coordination
- Working closely with operations to support day‑to‑day freight movements
- Providing general operational support across the wider transport office
What You’ll Need
- Previous exposure to customs, transport or logistics administration
- A detailed understanding of customs processes, imports/exports or transit movements
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A team‑focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Ability to work within a busy, fast‑paced transport environment
- Transport planning or compliance exposure would be advantageous but not essential
