We’re representing a well-established FMCG organisation, currently hiring for a Warehouse Lead to join their state-of-the-art facility in Nutts Corner. This role plays a key part in the company’s ongoing growth and commitment to keeping the customer at the heart of everything they do.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising warehouse employees including order selectors, loaders, and forklift drivers.
- Monitoring KPIs such as productivity, attendance, and accuracy.
- Delivering training and coaching to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment.
- Maintaining warehouse standards in line with HACCP and internal audit criteria.
- Managing scheduling, hiring input, and performance discussions.
- Supporting cross-functional communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Shift is any 5 in 7 on a weekly rotation.
- Week1/ 18.30-03.00 and Week2/ 22.00-06.30
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, preferably in an FMCG setting.
- Experience in change management and driving team performance.
- Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.
- Flexibility to adapt start/finish times in line with operational needs.
