We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to join a busy operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily warehouse activities, support crossdock operations, and ensure your team meets performance and quality targets.
The Role
- Support the receipt, storage, picking, packing, wrapping, quality checking, and dispatch of goods
- Lead and manage daily Crossdock operations
- Ensure all warehouse processes and paperwork are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness and organisation
- Ensure compliance with all Health and safety compliance
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Supervise, motivate, and support a team to meet shift targets
The person
- Previous warehouse experience (essential)
- Experience in crossdock operations
- Valid Forklift Licence/Certificates
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and IT skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
