This role plays a key part in the company's ongoing growth and commitment to keeping the customer at the heart of everything they do.

What you'll be doing: Supervising warehouse employees including order selectors, loaders, and forklift drivers.

Monitoring KPIs such as productivity, attendance, and accuracy.

Delivering training and coaching to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment.

Maintaining warehouse standards in line with HACCP and internal audit criteria.

Managing scheduling, hiring input, and performance discussions.

Supporting cross-functional communication and continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift is any 5 in 7 on a weekly rotation.

Week and Week What you'll need: Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, preferably in an FMCG setting.

Experience in change management and driving team performance.

Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.

Flexibility to adapt start/finish times in line with operational needs.
