Are you currently working within customs, transport or logistics administration and looking for a role that offers more variety, better work-life balance and genuine progression opportunities? This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customs work but doesn't necessarily want to sit doing customs declarations all day, every day. The business is looking for a team player who can support across customs, compliance and transport operations within a busy European transport environment.

You'll work as part of a small operational team supporting day-to-day customs, compliance and transport operations. This is very much an all-rounder position where no two days are the same.

The Role

  • Supporting import/export customs processes
  • Assisting with TSS, GMRs and transit documentation
  • Supporting driver hours and fleet compliance administration
  • Assisting transport planning and European load coordination
  • Working closely with operations to support day-to-day freight movements
  • Providing general operational support across the wider transport office

What You'll Need

  • Previous exposure to customs, transport or logistics administration
  • A detailed understanding of customs processes, imports/exports or transit movements
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Ability to work within a busy, fast-paced transport environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Transport planning or compliance exposure would be advantageous but not essential
