The Role- Plan, coordinate, and optimise driver routes and daily workloads
- Monitor transport operations to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery
- Manage driver and vehicle schedules, updating plans in real time when required
- Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
- Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, and company policies
- Support the Transport Manager with performance monitoring and KPI reporting
- Proven experience in Transport Planning or Fleet Coordination
- Knowledge of EU Tachograph Regulations & Working Time Directive (WTD)
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
