Base Salary Up to 55K - with OTE up to 100K (depending on experience). GRM Digital is an elite Digital Agency with established offices across 4 countries. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding our prospect’s goals and helping them define a digital strategy to help fulfil those goals.
- Building and developing a pipeline of new business through various activities including, but not limited to, outbound sales activities, attending conferences and networking events, working with our partners to identify prospects.
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial conversations with prospects through to the final pitch and conversion.
- Driving and managing the pitch process to maximise our win rate by ensuring that we adhere to our highly customer centric sales methodology and ensuring our brand values are clearly demonstrated at every step of the process.
- Responding to tenders as and when required and ensuring that this is done in an exceptional manner giving our perspective customers a taste of the excellence that they will experience by working with us.
- Writing proposals as part of business development and new client acquisition.
- Working with existing clients in order to get referrals into new areas of existing client businesses and/or new organisations.
- Working closely with the Marketing and Client Services teams in order to ensure that we are both focusing on marketing activities that are targeting our ideal customers, and setting up new clients for success by setting the right expectations.
- Representing our company at various events and conducting speaking engagements as and when the opportunity arises.
- Managing and reporting on a detailed revenue pipeline, short and long term.
- Ensuring our internal systems are used to log, measure and optimise all sales activity.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities within allocated client accounts.
