Our Client is an award-winning, leading set of Chancery & Commercial Law Barristers' Chambers in Lincoln's Inn, London. Chambers is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly organised Administration and Marketing Assistant to join their small and highly-experienced team, and play a key role in the smooth running of Chambers. The role is varied and hands on. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many of Chambers' clients, support the clerks, administrative staff, and barristers and help deliver Chambers' marketing and events programme. This role presents opportunities for growth and development, and you will be able to take on further marketing and junior clerking responsibilities in time. Training will be provided.
Specific duties will include:
- Maintain and update Chambers' LinkedIn and other social media channels
- Assist in organising and running Chambers' online and in person client events, including promoting events via email and social media, liaising with Chambers' graphic designer to produce marketing materials, attending in person events
- Organise and collate Chambers' annual legal directory submissions and ensure Chambers' website content is accurate and up to date
- Provide day to day assistance to the Senior Clerk and other members of staff and barristers
- Assist the clerks with preparing PDF court bundles
