The Content Specialist is responsible for delivering best-in-class, high-performance content for both the agency and its clients, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end video production. This includes ideation, planning, filming, editing, and optimisation of high-impact visual content across a variety of formats, with focus on social-first content. The role ensures content aligns with brand strategies and audience needs, and supports outstanding creative output for campaigns, social activations, and storytelling that drives engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities- Execute full turnkey videos from concept through delivery, including storyboarding, scripting, shooting, and post-production.
- Produce high-quality visual content for a range of platforms, including websites, social channels, brand films, and YouTube.
- Ensure all content meets each brand’s tone of voice, creative standards, and project objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to align production with broader campaign goals.
- Conduct research into client industries, competitors, and trends to support creative development and ensure relevance.
- Apply industry best practices for visual storytelling, ensuring content performance and creative excellence.
- Present creative ideas, production plans, and finished work with confidence and clarity.
- Lead and contribute to content and video production for the agency’s own brand across the website, case studies, awards entries, campaigns, and communication channels.
- Support the marketing team in showcasing agency expertise through high-impact visual content that drives thought leadership and lead generation.
- Uphold and evolve the agency’s creative quality standards, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Assist in the development of internal content assets such as editorial templates, production frameworks, and creative guidelines.
- Demonstrable experience in content production, with a strong emphasis on videography and editing within an agency or fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality visual content tailored to different industries and brand personalities.
- Advanced skills in videography and editing, and experienced in sound capture.
- Strong eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling.
- Ability to balance creativity with project objectives, timelines, and delivery requirements.
- Skilled in managing multiple productions and deadlines across concurrent projects.
- Confident working directly with clients and contributing to creative discussions and briefs.
- Experience with video production tools and workflows, preferably including DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with professional camera and audio equipment.
- Experience with Sony filmmaking gear.
- Knowledge of content production processes, including managing crews and shoots.
- Visual literacy or basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in the action sport, motorsport, automotive and/or motorbike industry.
- Full Drivers License.
Full-time role, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and travel to client events or shoots. Hybrid working model based on team needs. Travel may be required for client meetings, workshops, shoots, and events globally. A passport and the right to work in the UK, and entry into countries such as the USA, Africa, and Middle East/Saudi Arabia are essential.
