About the Role
GRIT Media's Founder and Managing Director is based in Bournemouth and requires a Personal Assistant to offer day-to-day support in navigating a busy schedule and regular travel. This highly organised, proactive individual will work closely with the Founder as she grows this fast-paced creative agency. In this rapidly evolving digital environment, the role will support both the Founder and the GRIT Media team responsible for content production and distribution by managing logistical and technical tasks. This hands-on, varied role combines personal assistant duties with office management responsibilities. It offers flexible and remote working hours, with some travel and weekend work required - depending on shoot schedules.

- Previous experience in a creative, media, or agency environment would be an advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal and professional projects (office, business, home).
- Manage personal errands and appointments.
- Support with personal admin and ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Manage the Founder’s diary, meetings, and priorities.
- Handle emails, messages, and follow-ups on behalf of the Founder.
Project Support
- Prepare notes, documents, and briefings ahead of meetings.
- Researching information and preparing summaries and recommendations.
- Support the planning of agency projects particularly schedules, locations, equipment, and talent – specifically:
- Coordinating tasks, suppliers, and deadlines.
- Coordinating complex travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and transport.
- Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables across projects.
- Keep projects moving by chasing actions and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Act as liaison between departments, coordinating with graphic designers and video editors to maintain cohesion across all channels.
Agency & Operations Support
- Provide general admin support across the agency when needed.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and freelancers.
- Help organise internal processes, documents, and shared resources.
- Support with invoicing, expenses, and basic reporting.
- Ensure clear communication and smooth handovers.

- Discreet, reliable, and comfortable working closely with a Founder.
- Must love animals/be comfortable around them.
- Ability to travel at short notice, should the need arise.
