Tax & Trusts Solicitor An experienced Tax and Trusts Solicitor is required by a team with national coverage, working out of their Bristol office on a hybrid working pattern. The role will involve advising on all aspects and types of trusts, including living lifetime trusts, bare trusts, discretionary trusts, and interest in possession trusts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and administering trusts and advising on related tax matters. This role is suitable for an experienced Private Client Solicitor with previous tax and trust experience and an interest in specialising further. The position reports to a Partner in the team and offers excellent career opportunities across the department.
