Tax & Trusts Solicitor
Responsibilities
The role will specialise upon advising on all aspects and types of trusts such as living lifetime trusts, bare trusts, discretionary trusts, and interest in possession trusts, as well as creating and administering trusts whilst advising upon associated tax matters.
Qualifications & Experience
Requires at least 5 years PQE; experience as an experienced Private Client Solicitor with previous Tax and Trust experience with an interest to specialise. The role reports to a Partner in the team and there are excellent career opportunities throughout the department.
