The Birmingham team of a national law firm requires a Senior Procurement Litigation Solicitor to work on a hybrid working pattern and be capable of handling responsibility for complex commercial disputes cases.
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have experience in some of the following areas:
- Procurement disputes
- Intellectual Property disputes
- Construction disputes
- Infrastructure disputes
- Project disputes
- Competition investigations
The successful candidate will work on cases for both public and private sector clients and should have at least 3 years PQE gained in a regional, national, or local authority, public organisation, or health authority.
Salary dependent upon experience.
