Senior Associate – Real Estate
As part of team in excess of 60 lawyers based across the UK and working in a variety of sectors the Birmingham office requires an additional experienced Real Estate Solicitor to work on an interesting and high quality caseload.
Whilst the team deal with all aspects of property development, infrastructure, capital projects and major redevelopments an opportunity has arisen within the team to be involved with the Health sector on projects such as new build, redevelopment, land sales, asset management and commercial leasehold.
The role will enable the successful Real Estate Solicitor to be exposed to excellent quality work, often complex in nature and of high value. However, excellent career opportunities exist with the encouragement and support from Partners and senior members of the team. The work culture is refreshing whilst being recognised by outside commentators as an excellent employer to work for.
