A national law firm with a Real Estate team of over 60 staff require an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to act for a wide range of public sector and private sector clients.
The department deals with large regeneration schemes, landlord and tenant, asset management and major land sales.
The Role
Varied range of high quality work such as:
- Advising on restrictive covenants and easements for site disposals;
- 1954 Act security of tenure and lease renewals;
- Removal of squatters;
- Court proceedings and arbitrations involving GP partnership disputes;
- Multi-million pound dilapidations dispute;
- Break notices to facilitate estate re-organisation;
- Judicial review of planning decisions;
- Recovery of arrears from commercial tenants;
Previous property litigation experience is essential and any public sector and partnership disputes experience would be desirable but not vital.
