Projects and Infrastructure Solicitor β a London team of specialist lawyers working on non-contentious PFI / Projects / Infrastructure law advising on projects from cradle to grave.
Responsibilities
- Undertake a wide range of high quality and complex PFI / projects / infrastructure work for public and private sector clients across a range of sectors.
- Review, draft, negotiate and advise on project documents relating to PFI and/or other forms of UK-based public-private partnerships.
- Work very closely with clients, provide first-class practical advice, and be technically proficient in drafting.
Qualifications
- Commercially minded solicitor with experience advising on PFI contracts or similar forms of public-private partnerships.
- Ability to analyse complex contractual arrangements and identify risks.
