A great opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a law firm with an excellent work/life balance in their Oxford office. They require an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor with a strong background in Mental Health and Community Care to manage a full caseload and assist in the development of the Court of Protection function.

This exciting and busy role will enable the Court of Protection Solicitor to:

1. Interview clients,
2. Draft applications and court orders,
3. Prepare court bundles,
4. Attend court and undertake advocacy, and/or instruct counsel where necessary.

The successful Solicitor will have a good understanding of public funding, Court of Protection, mental health and care together with proven leadership, self-motivation and business development experience.
