A regional Dorset law firm requires an experienced Contentious Probate Lawyer to join their dedicated Private Client team to manage a case load of contentious probate and trust files.
The Firm
A legal practice law firm providing a full compliment of legal services to clients. The services include Dispute Resolution, Insolvency, Company Commercial, Corporate, Employment, Private Client, Commercial Property, Residential Property and Family Law.
The Role
The successful Contentious Probate Lawyer will be required to run a case load of contentious probate and trust files. The Contentious Probate Lawyer will enjoy a healthy level of client contact and it is essential previous contentious probate in private practice experience has been obtained.
