A very exciting opportunity for a Complex Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a formidable law firm providing high quality legal advice to a wide range of clients across the UK. The Manchester office has a requirement for an experienced Complex Commercial Litigation Solicitor to deal with disputes such as:

1. Infrastructure Disputes
2. Procurement Disputes
3. IP Disputes
4. Competition Investigations
5. Project Disputes
6. Construction Disputes

The firm\’s client base includes private and public sector clients and successful candidates will have experience in one or more of the above areas.

As market leaders across areas such as healthcare, local government, and social housing, the majority of the work will be public sector focused and will suit someone who specializes in complex disputes.

The role will require strong drafting skills, an ability to take early responsibility for High Court litigation, and all forms of ADR.

Salary to £75,000 + flexible benefits + bonus + flexible and hybrid working.
