Commercial Property Lawyer

A South West law firm with a number of offices across the region has an immediate requirement for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Real Estate team on a full time basis. An outstanding opportunity for an ambitious commercial property lawyer with at least 3 years’ pqe to join a highly regarded regional law firm. The role will be to play a significant part in the development of this practice area providing clients with quality advice and client care.

Commercially minded, you will be a hard working problem solver adept in commercial property law. The work will involve buying/selling freehold and leasehold commercial property, commercial leases for landlords and tenants, landlord and tenant issues, development land and option agreements. Salary dependent upon experience.
