Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a leading firm in their field, with offices across the UK. This Commercial Litigation role will be a hybrid working pattern based out of the firm’s Leeds office.

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will require someone capable of taking responsibility for complex commercial disputes cases. The role covers a wide range of disputes including procurement, construction, infrastructure, contract (including PFI and outsourcing matters), provider/commissioner disputes, procurement challenges, service standard disputes, recovery of overpayments and debts, bribery and fraud, defamation and reputation management, and intellectual property.

The successful candidate will work on cases from both public and private sector clients and will have at least 3 years PQE gained in a regional, national or local authority, public organisation, or health authority. Salary is dependent upon experience.
