The role: You will own your territory with the support of an experienced team around you, driving both new business and new products, and expanding existing accounts for our patented products in the commercial construction market. This is a field-based role—expect to be in the thick of it 80% of the time, building relationships, closing deals, and turning conversations into conversions. Energising both customers and colleagues, you will be a force for progressive change.

- Selling directly to contractors, distributors, and end-users
- Delivering technical product presentations and onsite training
- Managing your territory like a business owner—with full autonomy and our trust
- Keeping CRM insights sharp and sales reports smarter
Qualifications & requirements
- Driven, intuitive, and strategic sales professional who performs under pressure with energy and always "finds the way"
- Has a tenacious work ethic and shows up with purpose and edge, every day
