Gripple Ltd is seeking a dynamic production team leader to oversee a team of operators on site at our Old West Gun Works facility in Sheffield.
You will lead by example on the shop floor, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive key metrics such as OEE and on-time delivery.
You will manage labour, workflow and stock, coach staff, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with our Rewired 2028 plan.
Strong communication and Lean manufacturing knowledge are essential.
