Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and lead our HR operations. This role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and retention—while ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational policies. The HR Manager will also work closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, drive organisational effectiveness, and support staff performance and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with employment law.

- Proficiency in HR software and tools with a high attention to detail.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is advantageous.
- Previous experience in HR management position is essential.
