Your main responsibilities will be:
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise professionally and efficiently with customers and service providers, ensuring timely responses to queries.
- Tender & Commercial Support: Assist with NHS and private tender submissions, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
- Administrative & Data Management: Maintain and update records and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Financial Processing: Generate and manage sales invoices using Xero/Hubdoc, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Business Insights & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report key commercial data using Excel to support data-driven decision-making.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring adherence to legal and industry regulations.
We expect you to have:
- Proven experience in a commercial, administrative, or data management role.
