Grind is a coffee company that lives in London. Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, we\’ve expanded across London with cafés, coffee trucks and a state-of-the-art coffee roastery. Today, we serve millions of cups of coffee across London and the UK each year, and we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people make better, more sustainable coffee at home.

A bit about the role.
In 2023, we launched Grind coffee products into supermarkets & wholesale, with 2024 to be our biggest year yet. Having originally conquered the high street, then built a hugely successful D2C business, we are now focused on succeeding in B2B with confirmed launches in 4 major UK supermarkets 2023 – 2024.
This new pillar of the business allows our products to be an extension of our brand.
We are bringing the quality of our café experience into everyone’s coffee cup – whether they’re at home, at work, or on the go.
We are currently recruiting a Senior National Account Manager to spearhead the success of our brand into a new, key Grocery account. You will join a small but growing team at Grind, where the opportunities for growth are immense.
Role responsibilities.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to create a foundation for long-term partnerships and business growth.
Oversee product management across three categories: coffee beans, pods, and ready-to-drink iced coffees.
Create innovative sales and marketing plans customised for the account to achieve targeted sales goals.
Utilise data insights to optimise merchandising strategies and develop winning product solutions.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Roastery Operations teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless processing.
You’ll have.
Minimum 5 years of national account management experience.
Experience putting together account strategies based on data.
Strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets by cultivating new business opportunities while growing existing ones.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products.
Highly organised with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced growing environment.
Enthusiastic and motivated team player with an eagerness to collaborate and work cross-functionally across multiple departments.
A proactive self-starter who stays attuned to emerging trends and fearlessly leverages phone communication to foster meaningful engagement and drive exceptional sales results.
