This role is based across our Shoreditch HQ, Roastery in South Bermondsey and London estate, acting as a trusted ER partner on the ground. You’ll coach managers, navigate investigations, and uphold Grind’s values while supporting local site teams.
You’ll contribute to learning initiatives and play a key role in employee experience, culture, and delivering proactive People support across multiple sites.
