Grind is a coffee company that lives in London. Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, we've expanded across London with cafés, coffee trucks and a state-of-the-art coffee roastery. Today, we serve millions of cups of coffee across London and the UK each year, and we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people make better, more sustainable coffee at home. You’ll find our coffee beans, compostable coffee pods and ready-to-drink coffee cans in supermarkets across the UK and in hotels around the world. Based in Shoreditch, we have a team of talented people working on everything from product development to finance, to customer experience. We’re looking for someone to join our growing team and help us in building the future of Grind. We think coffee can be a force for good. Whether it's through creating the UK's first compostable coffee pods, our plastic-free packaging or carbon-free shipping - we're on a mission to be the world's most sustainable coffee company. In 2023, we created our charity, the Better Coffee Foundation, to undo the damage done by the global coffee industry - in our first year, we recovered 43 million pods' worth of ocean-bound plastic.

A bit about the role: Grind is entering an exciting phase of transformation as we continue to expand our brand presence, customer base, and marketing activity across multiple channels. This role has been created to support that growth, helping deliver high-impact campaigns across paid media, creative, and affiliate channels. You’ll work closely with our media agency partners, in-house creative team, and internal stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, track performance, support creative testing, and identify opportunities to optimise results. We’re looking for someone proactive, highly organised, and excited to help shape the next stage of Grind’s growth.

Role responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day coordination, campaign setup, and execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, working closely alongside our media agency partners.
  • Help package up briefs, discount codes, and asset kits to send out to influencers or affiliate partners.
  • Act as the main coordinator for our creative pipeline, brainstorming fresh ad concepts and formatting detailed briefs for our in-house creative team.
  • Support our 'test-and-learn' framework by tracking how different hooks, formats, and visuals perform, helping to iterate on winning assets.
  • Help compile regular performance reports, monitoring core KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and CTR to identify emerging trends.
  • Monitor competitor activity by regularly auditing tools like the Meta Ad Library, keeping a log of creative trends, formatting styles, and messaging hooks.

You’ll have:

  • A positive and personable disposition, great at building relationships with colleagues and agency partners.
  • A strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), eager to use a ‘test-and-learn’ approach to efficiently drive growth.
  • A creative mindset and a native familiarity with Meta and TikTok, with a strong instinct for the visual hooks and video styles that capture attention and drive performance.
  • Numerically minded, with the ability to quickly learn how to monitor, track, and report on core metrics, ad test results, and campaign performance.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, using strong organisational skills to handle shifting priorities and creative deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to muck in wherever needed, taking feedback on board to learn and adapt quickly.

Bonus if you have:

  • Hands-on experience inside Meta or Google Ads Manager (even from personal projects, university or internships).
  • Hands-on experience working with affiliate platforms or agencies.
  • Hands-on experience working on a DTC, high-growth startup.
