Grind is a hospitality company that lives in London. Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, the brand has expanded across London with restaurants and café-bars, burning the candle at both ends to serve coffee, food, and cocktails to a killer soundtrack.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate and aspiring bartender, looking to join and progress in a fast-paced restaurant group. Evenings at GRIND offer a variety of classics, coffee cocktails and guest cocktails. We’re all about creating a buzzing atmosphere by turning up the tunes, dimming the lights and serving the best espresso martini in London. We are looking for energetic night owls to join the Grind Crew in any of our Central London Locations!
As a barback, you will be responsible for supporting the bar team in ensuring they have everything they need to operate the bar. You will need strong organisational skills, work well under pressure and enjoy working in a very busy work environment. If you’re looking to start your bartending career but don’t yet have any experience, this is a great opportunity for you!
