About the Role
We are looking for a diligent and motivated Production Operative to support our production process and meet daily targets. The role may require shift flexibility during peak periods.
Role Responsibilities
- Work with the production team to fulfil wholesale and retail orders to Soho House and dispatch centres.
- Maintain cleanliness of the roastery.
- Assist in stages of production: preparation, assembly, and packaging.
- Maintain high quality standards, conducting inspections and checks.
- Operate and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Accurately record production activities, quantities, quality checks, and issues.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimise downtime.
- Contribute to a positive work environment.
You’ll Have
- Extremely passionate about speciality coffee.
- Proven ability to adapt in a fast‑paced growing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately and quickly.
- Following company processes.
- Picking & packing experience.
Bonus If
- Experience in the food/or beverage industry.
- Experience in a BRC company.
