About the Role

We are looking for a diligent and motivated Production Operative to support our production process and meet daily targets. The role may require shift flexibility during peak periods.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work with the production team to fulfil wholesale and retail orders to Soho House and dispatch centres.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the roastery.
  • Assist in stages of production: preparation, assembly, and packaging.
  • Maintain high quality standards, conducting inspections and checks.
  • Operate and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Accurately record production activities, quantities, quality checks, and issues.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimise downtime.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment.

You’ll Have

  • Extremely passionate about speciality coffee.
  • Proven ability to adapt in a fast‑paced growing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly.
  • Following company processes.
  • Picking & packing experience.

Bonus If

  • Experience in the food/or beverage industry.
  • Experience in a BRC company.
  • Experience working on machinery or Form Fill Seal.
